At present the choir belongs among the most popular singing bodies; every year it takes part in about 50 concerts and performances. In 2007 the ”Motýli” took part in an international singing competition in Montreux, Switzerland, where they won 2nd place and were also given an award for the best interpretation of the compulsory composition. Having performed so successfully, the choir was immediately invited to participate at the 40th Year of International Singing Competition in Tolosa, Spain, where it won 3rd place in 2008.
